When paired with a Thunderbolt-capable DP 1.2 system, the WD19TB dock can pull two full GPU interfaces out of the system to be used by the dock, but the Intel GPU that controls those outputs doesn't support aggregating multiple source GPU interfaces to run a single display - although even if it did, you'd need to physically connect two cables between the dock and the display, and the display would need to support this setup as well. This is because the Intel GPU in that system only supports DP 1.2, and all display outputs on the XPS 15 are wired to the Intel GPU even if your XPS 15 configuration includes an NVIDIA GPU. The WD19TB's DP outputs support DP 1.4, but the only supports DisplayPort 1.2 output, not 1.4.
